English and German Instructor

Ladgov is looking for an ESL and German Language Teacher to join our team in supporting the Army Community Services in Wiesbaden.   Responsibilities :   ​​​​​ Multi-Level Language Training German Language Classes Basic Conversational German Class : Employee shall provide basic conversational German (Deutsch) language class. The Employee shall be responsible for conducting the Basic Conversational German (Deutsch) Language : a one and half hour (1.5hrs) class between the hours of 1100 to 1400hrs and the second class during the evening between the hours of 1900 to 2030 (the days shall be coordinated with the COR at the ACS provided facility). Courses shall be eight (8) sessions in length. Classes shall not be scheduled on Training Holidays, US Federal Holidays, or during DoDDS Spring Break. Five (5) courses shall be scheduled during each contract year. English-as-a-Second Language (ESL) Courses : Employee shall provide basic conversational English as a Second Language (ESL) classes. The Employee shall conduct a twelve (12) week Beginner ESL class twice a week at the ACS building or other designated location in the USAG Wiesbaden footprint. Each class shall be 1.5 hours in duration. Three (3) courses shall be conducted during each contract year. The Employee shall coordinate class schedule with the COR.   Requirements :   ESL or TEFL certificate Proven experience teaching English Ability to provide Basic Conversational German Language Classes Excellent written and verbal communications skills       Powered by JazzHR
