With €6M raised in our Series A funding round in 2021 and €10M in 2024, and a presence in France, Italy, and Germany, we are targeting new countries for international growth in the coming years.

To support our next phase of development, we are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our German team.

Role Summary

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be the key commercial point of contact for Otoqi in Germany, playing a crucial role in driving growth and securing new business.

This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering innovative solutions to clients in the automotive and logistics sector.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will focus on expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals that align with Otoqi’s strategic goals.

Your Mission

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing accounts.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the automotive and logistics sectors.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, positioning Otoqi as a trusted partner.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to deeply understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Provide strategic feedback to influence product and service development.
  • Support the General Manager in refining and executing Otoqi’s sales strategy for the German market.

Your Profile

  • At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Deep understanding of the German market, including key players and regulatory dynamics.
  • Experience in logistics, automotive, or selling physical services is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • A passion for innovation and transformation in the logistics or mobility space is a plus.
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate, with a hybrid working model.
