About the Role :

As the Manager Data Centre (MDC) , you will lead the day-to-day operations of one or more data centre sites, ensuring they perform at peak efficiency, reliability, and safety. You’ll be the single point of contact for all site-related activities and accountable for aligning site operations with our four strategic pillars :

• Service Excellence
• Infrastructure Excellence
• Sustainability
• Governance, Risk & Compliance

Reporting to the Group Data Centre Manager , you will lead a team of Site Engineers and Technicians and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to uphold the highest standards across site operations, asset management, capacity planning, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

Your Profile :

Extensive experience in mission-critical environments (Data Centres, Telecoms,

Experience leading technical teams , with strong people management skills

Solid background in facilities, asset, and vendor management

Proficient with maintenance systems (Excel to enterprise-level)

Technically qualified (HNC or equivalent); BIFM and ITIL are a plus

Strong communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach

Highly organized, calm under pressure, and results-driven

A customer-first mindset with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement

Able to balance technical depth with big-picture leadership
