What you will do

  • Responsible for technical services in the assigned territory / region
  • Conduct installation, provide preventive and corrective maintenance services for assigned markets, alone or together with the local sales partners’ technician(s)
  • Responsible to monitor the service operational KPIs and collaborate to the targets` achievement
  • Responsible for customers` remote support and maintain the tickets` system updated
  • Coordinate the service activities in these markets in cooperation with the Service Manager
  • Track and submit reporting forms timely (installation and service protocols, timesheets, meeting minutes, etc.).
  • Answer and document all service calls in customer database, diagnose customer problems and deliver a clear and concise action plan to resolve issues
  • Assure proper information is available and documented to support the quotation and invoice processes
  • Document, maintain and organize service history associated with all installed systems
  • Complete in-house checks / repairs (, demo returns, remarketing, trials...)
  • Administrative and office tasks are likely to be performed depending on the regions` organization (, quotations, invoices, stock management and spare parts shipment)

This position will require field services and travel up to % of the time with the ability to work flexible working hours

What you bring

  • At least years’ experience working with complex medical devices (hardware, software and electronics) preferred
  • Training and / or education in electro technical and / or mechanical field
  • High customer focus; strive to solve customer problems in a fast an efficient manner
  • Conscientious, proactive, solution-oriented and self-driven personality
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders / customers
  • Team-oriented personality committed to achieve common goals
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written), additional foreign language skills are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
