Leasing manager M / F

For one of our clients, we are presently searching for a Leasing Manager, a French and English speaker.

In this role, you will actively manage and cultivate tenant relationships on the market in this capacity. Serve as an ambassador for the company, constantly advancing the group's goals, values, and image.

Your responsibilities will consist of :

• Create and execute a leasing plan to guarantee that all available space is leased quickly and efficiently, taking into consideration the product mix, surrounding properties, and market trends to guarantee rental maximisation and the project's strategic placement.
• Make certain that excellent covenants are acquired and precisely verified, reducing risk for the owners by guaranteeing the financial stability of both current and prospective customers.
• Ensure value for money by overseeing the budget for capital contributions and tenant incentives.
• Responsible for ensuring the legal process is managed effectively and quickly in close co-operation with the legal consultants to the interest of both client and owners.
• Working closely with the Center Management team, vacancy, lease renewal, and asset management budget plans are implemented and evaluated quarterly to ensure they are in line with.

To succeed in this role :

We are seeking a candidate with a degree-level qualification and a minimum of 5 years of experience gained within a retail, agency, or corporate environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and effective problem-solving skills. Providing exceptional customer service is also essential for this role.
