The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is the Business Unit managing and developing the HRS E-Commerce platforms of the well-known hotel portal businesses of HRS.
de and HOTEL.DE that gradually transform into much more than just a platform. BTC provides its members, individual business travelers and SMEs, with a distinct range of exclusive services, which shape tomorrow s upgraded travel experience.
The goal of BTC is to deliver growth as well as sustainable profitability over time by enhancing customer loyalty between the brand and its customers, enabling the Brands Repositioning in the marketplace and unlocking additional potentials via optimized supplier management.
Thus, BTC and its products, plays an important role in HRS s DACH strategy as it revolves around a disruption of the interplay between hotel and workplace supply and e-commerce and a domination of the Business Travel DACH market.
Your mission is to further develop and shape the "The HRS Business Travel Club" and its solutions and make it the next innovation of the HRS Group together with a great team.
POSITION
We are seeking an experienced Senior UX / UI Designer to drive growth and innovation in our customer-facing platforms in both web and app.
The role will be integral to improving user experience, optimizing customer journeys, and implementing data-driven design strategies.
CHALLENGE
Lead the design and development of high-quality, user-centred designs from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.
Advocate best practices across the organisation.
- Design inspiring and easy-to-understand product solutions that make life easier for our users. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design improvements.
- Develop, prototype, and evaluate novel solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and reach business objectives as well as customer impact.
- Mentor and guide other designers, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our design processes and deliverables.
- Own the development and maintenance of our design system and internal design processes.
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
- Senior level of experience in UX / UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing for web and mobile applications (ideally in the digital start-up / scale-up environment).
- Strong experience in user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, colour, and layout.
- Conduct user research and translate ideas and insights into actionable design solutions. Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals to create effective design solutions.
- Profound knowledge of Figma especially in the area of product design, prototyping, complex design systems, developer handover.
- Very strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
