In our offices in Eggenfelden (DE) Budapest (HU) Oradea (RO) or remote we are looking for a fulltime Junior Application Support Enigneer (m / f / d).
Tasks
- Assist in providing secondlevel support for our case management software
- Help troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs
- Monitor application performance and report issues
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of software updates
- Document support processes and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
- Participate in training sessions to learn about application features and best practices
- Support change management processes including documenting changes assessing impacts and ensuring proper communication and implementation
- Service Provider management escalating issues to the provider
- Provide oncall support as needed
