Upright is seeking an accomplished, hands-on Head ofSales to spearhead our entry into the DACH region. If you have aproven history of driving high-growth B2B SaaS sales and are eagerto build a market from the ground up, this is your chance toactively contribute to our global expansion strategy. This roleoffers a unique blend of entrepreneurial freedom, impact-drivenwork, and the opportunity to shape and lead Upright's presence inone of Europe's most critical markets.

TheUpright Project has developed an industry-leading, scalableapproach to double materiality assessments which 50,000+ companiesin Europe need to conduct according to the Corporate SustainabilityReporting Directive (CSRD). We are now on the hunt for a dynamic,German-speaking Head of Sales eager to drive our sales and expandUpright's reach in the DACH region. Upright's data platform istrusted by 300+ corporations and institutional investmentorganizations, predominantly in Northern Europe andAmerica.

This isn't just another sales role. It'syour opportunity to build a market from the ground up. Starting asan individual contributor (IC), you'll define and execute thego-to-market strategy, win the trust of leading organizations, andestablish Upright as a key player in the region. Demonstratesuccess, and you'll have the chance to scale a team, expand ourreach, and leave a lasting impact on the future ofsustainability-drivenbusiness.

YOURMISSION :

  • Leadmarket entry : Own and execute our go-to-market strategyfor the DACH region, from identifying prospects to closinghigh-impact deals.
  • Drive the salescycle : Manage everything from the first introduction tocontract negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience forcustomers.
  • Be the face ofUpright : Act as the trusted partner for potentialcustomers, delivering compelling product demos and sharing thevalue of Upright's impact and financial materialitydata.
  • Shape the strategy : Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to refine outreach andmessaging for the DACH audience.
  • Laythe foundation for growth : Demonstrate success, andyou'll help shape the team and strategy to scale our impact in theregion.
