Task Areas :

• You plan, control and coordinate SAP SuccessFactors (sub) projects of various sizes
• In close cooperation with our customers, you will especially design the roadmaps for the introduction of the latest SAP technologies - always with a clear focus on the business value contribution
• You have very good knowledge of the Recruiting Management / Recruiting Marketing and / or OnBoarding module of the SuccessFactors Suite
• You advise our customers with your broad and in-depth specialist knowledge, also with regard to adjacent modules / systems
• You will independently lead workshops on the requirements recording at our customers, create concepts for the implementation of the requirements and implement the requirements of the customers in the system
• You are always up to date with new opportunities and releases in the SuccessFactors environment and proactively advise our customers on this
• You already have experience with another SuccessFactors module or would like to build up further know-how

Requirements :

• You can prove that you have completed a degree in business administration, business informatics or the like
• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional and project experience in the SAP SuccessFactors Suite
• Convincing presentation skills, communication and negotiation skills
• Organizational talent, ability to work in a team, flexibility, passion and commitment
• High degree of customer and service orientation
• Strong character, cross-media way of thinking with a view of the bigger picture
• Proactive, independent action and innovative thinking
• very good knowledge of English
