Your tasks

Supporting project management in the context of overall project planning and implementation

Creating and monitoring the scheduling structure and individual schedules (cplace)

Supporting ongoing and planned sub-projects with a focus on project management tasks (resources and deadlines)

Development, maintenance and coordination of cost and resource planning and implementation of planning activities in the context of operational planning and actual expectations

Active support and collaboration in the monitoring and mitigation of risks

Monitoring and tracking project progress (overall project and sub-projects)

Preparation / follow-up and implementation of meetings

Maintaining and tracking action lists

Taking responsibility for technically oriented work packages

Participation in the preparation of progress reports

Supporting internal and external communication through organized processes and IT tools

Your profile

Degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification

Very good technical knowledge and knowledge of engines, especially compressors

Good knowledge of scheduling software (cplace, MS Project)

Very good knowledge of MS Office

Good knowledge of project management methods and tools

Advanced knowledge of German and good knowledge of English

Passed occupational health examination G37

Ability to work independently and good organizational and presentation skills

Good teamwork and communication skills

High customer orientation and good conflict management skills

High level of enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure
