The Role
As an early-stage engineer, you will be working on many different aspects of Hakuna's products and Hakuna's engineering culture. Your role will encompass all of product development; from architecture and design to development and operations.
Your focus will be on moving fast, shipping and getting feedback, and iterating on ideas that improve Hakuna's products. You will be contributing to shaping our engineering culture and the future of our company.
Your responsibilities
- You will take ownership of projects end-to-end, and be involved in all phases of development (i.e., architecture, design, implementation, and operation)
- You will collaborate with team members and other departments to refine product features and brainstorm ideas
- You will contribute to all of Hakuna's products and be part of an innovative embedded insurance application
- You will develop and maintain code that meets our standards and best practices for a high-scale web environment
