Your tasks :

Coordinating production workflow for all manufactured products

Scheduling planned orders in accordance with production capacities and availability of components and aligned prioritization system

Setting up and administering production planning software and optimizing on-site production planning processes including master data management

Monitoring of defined KPIs and production progress, identifying any bottlenecks or shortages causing delays and trigger operative measures

Minimize stock outs by maintaining adequate levels of inventory while minimizing excess inventory

Maintain proper supply / demand alignment by expediting, delaying, or cancelling purchase orders when required

Develop a deep understanding of the supported product lines through collaboration with the production teams to ensure optimal planning in collaboration with SCM service and CSC service

Your profile :

Being communicative, assertive and analytical

Having a proven experience as production planner

Demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Being fluent in French and English; German as a plus

Knowledge of SAP MM, PP, and SD modules is preferred
