How to contribute to our vision
For our Quality Control and Release Management department within the (Operational Technology) Software organization, we are looking for an area specific Quality Lead to help bridging the gap between central Quality Governance functions and the continuous SW development work and practices within our agile teams.
In Quality Control and Release Management we are responsible for the development and establishment of a Quality Governance model for OT Software, for ensuring the delivery of Feature-, Patch and Long-Term-Support releases of our holistic software solution on time and quality and for the enhancement and maintenance of tools, that efficiently support release management and transparent reporting.
As we are working according to the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe®), we want to establish Agile Release Train specific interface positions with the goal to anchor harmonized quality related processes and practices within the ARTs and represent the ARTs in key quality related aspects towards centrally hosted quality governance related forums.
You will assess ART specific quality related pain points together with the agile teams
You will represent the ART in quality governance related meetings
You will drive the implementation of quality improvement related initiatives in the ART
You will facilitate quality check point meetings with the teams to confirm readiness at different stages
You will act as a quality coach for the development teams and explore improvement opportunities
You will foster quality culture and mindset
You will promote and champion best practices towards built-in quality
You will represent your area in and actively contribute to quality and test relevant Communities of Practices
What you need to make a difference
You hold an academic degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar, but your passion for Quality Governance in CI / CD environments is most important.
You have substantial experience in a Software quality governance related function, preferably in an industrial Software development organization
You have experience in applying agile software development practices (e.g. SAFe)
You have experience with the Continuous Delivery methodology
You have an intrinsic motivation for delivering built-in, best-in-class quality
You have strong communication and people skills, preferably with a proven track record in coaching or leading distributed teams
You have excellent English verbal and written language skills - a basic understanding of Danish is advantageous
