What Youll Be Doing
Youll be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers helping them with their questions and resolving any issues quickly and effectively. Youll communicate primarily in German using the phone email and chat. You will also use English for internal documentation and communication.
Who Were Looking For
German Fluency is Essential : You must be fluent (C1 / C2 level) in German .English Proficiency : A good working knowledge of English (B2 level minimum) is required.Experience (Nice to Have) : Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory . We provide full training!Eligibility to Work : You must hold an EU Citizenship a valid Refugee Card or a Residency Card that is valid for over one year.Schedule and Benefits
Work Schedule
Days : Monday to Friday (weekends are always off!)Shifts : Rotational shifts scheduled between 06 : 00 and 22 : 00 .Early Shift Support : If your shift starts at 06 : 00 well cover your commute with an Uber reimbursement up to 25.00 .Equipment : All necessary work equipment will be provided.Compensation and Perks
