The Chairman’s Office Europe and North Africa (COE) is supporting and coordinating our operating units, R&D centres, and representative offices across Europe and North Africa with corporate functions and services. h2>
- Preparation of transfer pricing documentation (Local Files) for group companies
- Supporting the maintenance and further development of the transfer pricing system in the group
- Conducting arm’s length analysis related to tangible, intangible, financial and services intra-group transactions to plan, implement and defend the transfer pricing system
- Supporting business reorganization / restructuring projects from a tax transfer pricing perspective
What we offer.
You will work in a flexible working environment within a multinational team and in contact with all management levels of Motherson.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in transfer pricing, preferably at a Big4 company or a big multinational group
- Good business, economic and tax understanding of cross-border relationships within a multinational group
- Good knowledge of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines
- Experience in the German transfer pricing regulations and German administrative principles is advantageous
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Tools
- A quick comprehension and networked thinking
- Fluent English; good German language skill is advantageous
