YOUR MISSION

As a Customer Success Agent at inne your mission will be to :

• Act as the key point of contact for our existing and potential customers providing expertise and support on customer questions and requests
• Create delightful experiences and develop lasting relationships with customers via phone or video calls emails live chats and text messages
• Collaborate with other teams to improve our customer support processes and to better understand our customers needs
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of our products as well as curiosity and awareness of new initiatives within the company
