What youll do

GS2 enables business in heavily regulated markets managing SAPs government accreditations for Secrecy and Critical Infrastructure worldwide. GS2 understands customers national security risk position and translates risk into actionable requirements processes and controls.

In this role you will be responsible for integrating the corporate processes of the German KRITIS team into other countries affected by the EUs NIS2 directive

Key tasks include :

• Act as NIS2 Integration Expert bridging the German KRITIS team with other EU member states critical infrastructure teams.
• Manage Cross-Border Integration of security protocols processes and controls in accordance with NIS2.
• Facilitate Compliance with NIS2 directives by coordinating with local and EU-level supervisory authorities.
• Understand and Assess national security risks and offer cybersecurity best practices tailored to each countrys needs.
• Translate National Security Requirements into actionable processes and controls ensuring alignment with NIS2.
• Enable Cross-Border Collaboration through interaction with customers and supervisory authorities fostering a unified approach to critical infrastructure protection.
• Develop and Implement strategies to integrate SAP and other enterprise systems securely and compliantly within the NIS2 framework.

What you bring

7-10 years of experience in risk management with a strong focus on cybersecurity and IT transformation within sensitive environments (e.g. defence intelligence national infrastructure or public sector).

In-depth understanding of international and European cybersecurity control frameworks such as :

GS2 ensures SAPs fulfilment of regulations for government security and secrecy critical infrastructure and telecommunications compliance globally thus enabling SAP performing business in regulated industries and markets.

All mandate holders for national security (Security Cleared Single Points of Contact for National Security Supervisory Authorities) are in the reporting line to GS2.
