Product Manager SaaS

Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager with a deep understanding of SaaS solutions to shape the future of a public sector-focused software product.

In this role, you will drive product strategy, manage roadmaps, and work cross-functionally to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, translating it into a clear, actionable strategy.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Create and manage a strategic product roadmap aligned with customer feedback and market demands.
• Define features and user stories, ensuring they align with product objectives and customer needs.
• Partner with developers, designers, sales, and other teams to guide products from concept to launch.
• Regularly assess product success using KPIs to optimize user experience and product acceptance.
• Foster strong relationships with key customers, particularly in the public sector, to understand and address their needs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a Product Manager role, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong experience with agile product development and SCRUM methodologies .
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for task management and collaboration.
• Skilled in data-driven decision-making and using market and user data to inform product strategy.
• Proven experience in creating and managing product roadmaps , defining features , user stories , and specifications .
• Excellent communication skills to align and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, paired with a hands-on approach.
• Public sector experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English (C1) .
