A Japanese industrial products manufacturer is seeking a German-speaking Business Development / Sales Representative to expand their business in Germany.
You will be required to work independently while reporting your sales activity to HQ in the Netherlands.
For at least 1 week (TBD), you will be required to stay in Utrecht, the Netherlands for training. Up to 40% or role will be business trips, especially within Germany.
TYPE : Permanent, full time
WORKING HOURS : 8 : 30 17 : 00, Monday to Friday, 30 minutes lunch break
SALARY : €60k annually DOE + Company car
START : ASAP
LOCATION : Fully-remote in Germany
Main Responsibilities :
- Providing technical solutions to new and existing customers through inbound & outbound acquisitions in a wide range of industries
- Developing personal sales capabilities, management skills, and product / market knowledge
- Being responsible for outbound & inbound revenue growth whilst achieving the company sales targets and objectives, and personal quotas
- Being responsible for assigned pipeline management, whilst managing clients and the company portfolio
- Learning about and executing various sales strategy approaches to penetrate the complex international enterprises
- Supporting Sales, Management, and Business Development
- Developing a yearly track record of growing performance, and knowledge
- Researching and developing new distributors
- Attending morning meeting to share sales activities
- Reporting the minutes after the meeting with clients
- Business trips mainly in Germany (20-40% per month)
Ideal Candidate :
- At least 5 years of B2B Sales Experience within manufacturing industry
- Business fluency in German and English is required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Available for 20-40% / month business trips especially in Germany
- EU valid driving licence is vital
