This is why the Integrity team is looking forward to welcome you as System Manager - Integrity Management at ISCC headquarters in Cologne.
The System Manager - Integrity Management has the objective to efficiently organize, implement and further develop the integrity program to ensure that certified companies, as well as certification bodies, are compliant with the ISCC requirements.

Your main duties will be :
- Organise Integrity Audits, including which system users / CBs are to be audited
- Evaluate audit results in close cooperation with integrity auditors and the integrity team
- Coordinate integrity auditors, including schedule of integrity audits, resource planning of auditors, individual questions by auditors
- Evaluate incoming requests and information on non-conformities with ISCC requirements
- Communicate sanctions of certified companies and certification bodies
- Continuously develop Integrity Program, e.g. by identifying relevant focus areas or possibilities to adapt and improve processes and documents
- Share learnings from audits to improve certification system
Additional tasks will be :
Participate in other ISCC projectsExchange with relevant stakeholders such as authorities on market developments and cases related to integrity managementRepresenting ISCC at external eventsPresent ISCC TrainingsTrain new staff membersActively contribute to continuous improvement process within companyUniversity degree in bioenergy, chemistry, circular economy, bioeconomy, environmental studies, business management, economics, law or similarAt least 2 years postgraduate professional experienceAt least 1 year postgraduate professional experience in relevant field (auditing)Preferred : experience with sustainability certification, labels and / or relevant EU and / or Member State legislationPreferred : experience in high-level customer supportExcellent language skills in both written and spoken English (at least C1) and German (at least B1), additional languages will be of advantageExcellent critical thinking and transfer capabilityA high degree of initiative and very good decision-making ability combined with an independent working style and pragmatic, hands-on attitudeVery strong presentation skills as well as the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms and to prepare professional presentations according to target groupExcellent communication skills in an international environment with stakeholders at all levels combined with a calm and supportive attitudeWillingness to contribute to the continuous improvement process and to drive changeWillingness and ability to travel internationallyWe are an international and diverse team of passionate and experienced experts, joining forces for a sustainable future !
