As we expand our impact we are seeking a Fundraising Partner (m / w / d) to help us secure funding build strategic partnerships and drive financial growth .

This is an entrepreneurial commissionbased role suited for a dynamic wellconnected professional with a passion for wellness and business development. You will play a pivotal role in raising capital engaging investors and developing funding opportunities that fuel Aers mission and expansion.

Tasks

As a Fundraising Partner you will :

  • Identify engage and secure funding from investors sponsors and strategic partners.
  • Develop and pitch investment and sponsorship opportunities that align with Aer Stretchings vision.
  • Cultivate relationships with highnetworth individuals venture capital firms angel investors and corporate sponsors.
  • Lead fundraising campaigns networking events and investor meetings.
  • Collaborate with Aers leadership team to shape financial strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Stay informed about market trends investment opportunities and funding landscapes in wellness and lifestyle industries.

Requirements

We are looking for an ambitious resultsdriven professional with :

  • Proven experience in fundraising investor relations business development or sales.
  • A strong network in finance wellness lifestyle or startup ecosystems.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create and present compelling investment proposals.
  • Selfmotivation and a track record of securing financial commitments.
  • Passion for wellness fitness and holistic health.
