Als Application Engineering Manager (m / w / d) spielen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der erfolgreichen Integration unserer kollaborativen Robotiklösungen im Kundenkontext. Sie leiten ein Team von Applikationsingenieuren, arbeiten mit dem Vertriebsteam zusammen und tragen zum Wachstum und Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei. Um alle Stakeholder erfolgreich bedienen zu können, sind Sie bereit, regelmäßig zu unseren Kunden und deutschen Tochterfirmen zu reisen.

Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben

Aufbau und Management eines Application Engineering Teams

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Application Engineering Teams bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung kollaborativer, kundenspezifischer Roboterlösungen

Sie fungieren als Brücke zwischen dem Application Engineering Team und anderen internen Funktionsbereichen, u.a. Vertrieb, Engineering und R&D, immer vor dem Hintergrund wertvolle Erkenntnisse und Feedback zur Produktverbesserung zu gewinnen

Betreuung unserer Kunden im direkten Kontakt, um deren individuelle Herausforderungen und Anforderungen zu verstehen

Umsetzung von Initiativen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit innerhalb des Teams

Monitoring der Erstellung von technischen Vorschlägen, Machbarkeitsstudien und Lösungsarchitekturen

Bereitstellung von technischem Support nach dem Verkauf, Fehlerbehebung und Lösung von Problemen.

Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, einschließlich Anwendungshinweisen, Benutzerhandbüchern und Anleitungen zur Fehlerbehebung

Dokumentation bewährter Verfahren für die Anwendungsentwicklung und -integration

Sie halten sich über Branchentrends und technologische Fortschritte auf dem Laufenden, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Lösungen in der kollaborativen Robotik führend bleiben

Passend zum Profil

Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung im Application Engineering oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion, vorzugsweise in der Robotik- oder Automatisierungsbranche

Gute Kenntnisse der kollaborativen Robotik, einschließlich Programmierung und Integration

Beherrschung der Microsoft Office-Suite

Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

Ihr Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch die Attribute selbstständig, gründlich und teamorientiert aus

Sie sind enthusiastisch, kommunikationsstark, hoch motiviert und hilfsbereit

Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen

About the role

As an Application Engineering Manager (m / f / d), you will play a key role in ensuring the successful integration of our collaborative robotic solutions into customer environments. You will lead a team of application engineers, collaborate with the sales team, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Your Responsibilities

Hire, lead and mentor a team of application engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance

Lead the application engineering team in designing and implementing collaborative robotic solutions tailored to customer specifications

Collaborate with other departments, including sales, engineering, and research & development, to provide valuable insights and feedback for product improvement

Act as a bridge between the application engineering team and other functional areas within the organization

Engage directly with customers on-site and virtually to understand their unique challenges and requirements

Oversee the preparation of technical proposals, feasibility studies, and solution architectures

Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the application engineering team to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of collaborative robotics

Provide post-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides

Document best practices for application development and integration

Your Profile

Proven leadership experience in application engineering or a similar technical role, preferably in the robotics or automation industry

Strong knowledge of collaborative robotics, including programming and integration

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Business fluent English and German skills

Independent, thorough and team oriented describes your attitude towards work

You are enthusiastic, good communicator, highly motivated and supportive
