We are currently supporting our client in their search for a SAP S / 4HANA FICO Lead.

Languages : German and English speaking

Duration : 100-man days (80% capacity / 4 days per week)

Location : 50% remote, 50% onsite

Job description :

• Detail out IT activities and IT deliverables for the template design phase
• Support in designing a phased rollout strategy, including pilot implementations and phased go-lives
• Provide input / refinement on IT-part of resource planning, including skillset requirements, team composition, and timelines
• Define key milestones and deliverables for each phase of the implementation in alignment with the process partner
• Develop and detail out a strategy for selective data transition from existing ERPs into the new SAP S / 4 HANA system(s)
• Facilitate the decision-making process for selecting the appropriate data transition tool
• Define and outline transition scenarios, including what data will be transitioned and what will be excluded; high-level only : segregation e.g. in config data, custom coding, master data, transactional data
• Assist business colleagues in defining the phases of the deployment for a process template to a country
• Contribute to the development of the process template (inc. evaluating level of re-use from existing solutions); process workstream and their partner are in the lead
• Definition of strategies to keep template lean & efficient and under control
• Support in Identification of areas, e.g. processes, configurations, settings, that are not suited to be standardized (e.g. val.add / wh / sales tax, reimbursement procedures to healthcare authorities)
• Evaluate how template and off-template (localizations) can be realized
