Role Content

• Manage and lead a team of three professionals, ensuring effective coordination, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Oversee AML / KYC operations for clients across Europe, making sure due diligence processes are handled efficiently and in line with EU standards.
• Ensure AML policies and procedures remain up to date, while contributing to the continuous improvement of compliance frameworks.
• Act as the escalation point for complex AML / KYC questions, collaborating with local and international teams.
• Deliver training sessions and raise awareness on AML topics to strengthen the compliance culture across the business.
