Senior Global Medical Director - Oncology

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical company with a strong oncology pipeline and multiple upcoming launches. As they continue expanding their global medical organisation, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Director, Global Medical Affairs to lead strategic medical initiatives and guide a team of regional Medical Directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute global medical strategy across assigned oncology assets
• Lead and mentor a team of Medical Affairs professionals, ensuring cross-regional alignment
• Partner closely with R&D and Clinical Development to translate emerging data into actionable medical plans
• Drive evidence generation, publication planning, and scientific engagement strategies ahead of launch
• Support launch readiness and lifecycle management for late-stage programs
