SAP PM Consultant

About us Energize have partnered up with one of Germanies largest energy companies with a nationwide footprint, bringing in 9bn€ in revenue and hiring over 3000 employees. They are now looking for an SAP PM Consultant to come into a large SAP team which sits within a 200 person IT team based in Cologne, to be responsible for the successful transformation of network maintenance and construction processes to the successor solution SAP S4 / HANA Tasks Your tasks will be : You provide guidance and support to the specialized departments on current challenges related to network maintenance and construction processes, particularly in SAP PS and PM. You ensure IT applications for these departments are future-proof, integrating current technological innovations like cloud computing and AI, in alignment with our IT strategy. You oversee the operation and lifecycle of the applications under your management, serving as a key contact for any disruptions in the IT landscape and coordinating troubleshooting efforts. As a dedicated member of a cross-functional team, you ensure ongoing support for your applications. You will play a vital role in the successful transformation of network maintenance and construction processes to the SAP S4 / HANA successor solution. Profile Sound interesting? They are looking for someone who : You hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related qualification in information technology. You possess strong knowledge of SAP PM and PS modules, and experience with SAP PPM and IM modules would be an advantage. Your expertise in software development processes within SAP environments further enhances your profile. Ideally, you are familiar with network maintenance and construction processes in the energy sector or among network operators. You approach problems with a solutions-oriented mindset, striving to deliver optimal outcomes for your internal customers. You are highly motivated, eager for continuous personal development, and open to learning from the expertise of others. You thrive in team environments, where shared goals and celebrating successes together are important to you. You have strong written and spoken skills in both German and English.
