Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team remotely. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Assist in drafting HR policies, emails, and documentation
- Coordinate virtual interviews and HR meetings
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher / Recent graduate / Final-year student
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Any computer science
- Strong interest in Human Resources
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
