We are looking for IT-Support Specialists to join a growing digital health software company. As part of a dedicated support team, you will provide first-line assistance to customers, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth operations for healthcare practices using cutting-edge digital solutions. Your Responsibilities

Handle first-line support via phone and ticket system, ensuring fast and reliable responses

Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

Troubleshoot and support Telematikinfrastruktur components (e.g., TI-Konnektor, eGK readers)

Collaborate with Technical & Software Support colleagues for escalations and problem-solving

Share feedback and ideas to support ongoing product and process improvements

Your Profile

Must-Haves :

German language skills (C1 or higher)

Completed IT-related apprenticeship or degree

2–4 years of professional IT experience

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience with Telematikinfrastruktur, TI-Konnektor, insured card readers

Customer service background

Personality Traits :

Strong communication skills, especially by phone

Friendly and solution-oriented mindset

Reliable, structured, and diligent in documentation

Proactive interest in contributing to company growth
