In this hybrid role, you connect Product, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, plan commercial launch strategies, and turn insights into revenue . You also lead our Sales Business Analyst activities to ensure our decisions are data-driven and our strategy is sharp.
You report directly to the Head of Commercial.
New Product Introductions / Go-To-Market
- plan and run commercial launches,
- make all departments launch-ready (Product, Sales, Marketing, KAM, Support)
- ensure consistent messaging in every channel, including D2C
Commercial Steering + Sales Enablement
create pitches, playbooks, and battlecards together with Marketing & Salestrain sales teams on positioning, arguments & target groupsBusiness Analytics leadership
lead the Sales Business Analyst activitiesanalyse sell-in / sell-through / sell-out to identify opportunities & risksportfolio & distribution gap analysis incl. recommendations for KAMQuarterly commission calculation for the sales forceBusiness Intelligence improvement
continuously level up our BI dashboards, data models & reporting logicbuild data standards for commercial steering3–6 years in Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, or GTM rolesBachelor's / Master's in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similarstrong project management & cross-functional communication skillsdata-driven mindset (BI affinity highly welcome)knowledge of retail marketing & retail sales structures (DE is a plus)You love ownership, and you turn plans into impact
