Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Data Scientist (PhD) with a strong passion for Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Machine Learning to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge AI research and development, working on challenging and impactful projects for our diverse clientele across various industries.

Key Responsibilities :

Research, develop, and deploy advanced NLP models (e.g., LLMs) for various applications.

Lead the development and implementation of end-to-end AI solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Stay at the forefront of AI research and contribute to thought leadership.

There will be some travel required to customers across Germany

Qualifications :

PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field.

3+ years of professional experience in NLP and AI.

Strong expertise in LLMs, deep learning (Transformers, etc.).

Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms, and MLOps.

Fluent in German and English.

Bonus Points :

Experience with MLOps, graph neural networks.

Contributions to open-source projects / academic publications.

You must have the right to work in Germany and the willingness to travel to customer site every so often. You can be located in any city across Germany.
