Your mission
Join aevoloop, one of Europe’s fast-scaling deep-tech startups, and help bring pioneering next-generation plastics to market.
Drive commercial traction by identifying relevant application fields, acquiring industrial pilot partners, managing pilot projects end-to-end, and turning successful pilots into strong customer references and testimonials
Own the full sales cycle — from first outreach to contract signature and onboarding — while acting as the central bridge between customers and R&D to translate needs, validate requirements, and integrate feedback into product development
Build the Business Development function over time, with a clear path toward leading your own team as aevoloop grows
Build and maintain our ecosystem of partners, multipliers, and industry contacts ; represent aevoloop externally and strengthen our position in the chemical and materials landscape
Implement and maintain CRM systems to track leads, customer contacts, and project progress; leverage digital tools and AI to optimize sales processes and systematically identify opportunities
Support our CEO with developing and executing our go-to-market strategy : analyze markets and applications, prioritize opportunities, build business cases, and define both pricing strategies and scalable licensing models
Your profile
More than 3 years in Business Development or technical B2B sales in chemicals, materials, plastics, recycling or a related industrial field
Strong commercial skillset : able to build business cases, assess market potential, model ROI, and turn technical concepts into scalable business opportunities
Solid technical foundation through a relevant Master’s degree (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer / Materials Science, Industrial Engineering); confident communicating complex topics to engineers and executives
Excellent communication skills in German and English; confident in explaining complex topics to both engineers and executives
Lead-level mindset : strategic, opportunity-driven, and confident with customers - while staying structured, reliable, and hands-on in execution
Entrepreneurial team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and fast-moving start-up settings; bonus if you bring an industry network, circular economy insights or start-up exposure
