Communicate CI through the plant organization,management of visual communication

Manage the CIproject portfolio of the location. Reporting of progressdevelopment against Objectives, KPI’s, planning etc.

Serve as a project manager, depending upon project selection.Assist with project execution, provide functional input andidentify functional resources

Responsible forintegrating project, and process improvement achievements intodaily activities of the plant

Perform data analyses aspart of an integrated program of process control and designedexperimentation

Possesses excellent communicationskills with that ability to build consensus and sell ideas at alllevels of the organization.

Familiar with statistics,determines the quality of data, is comfortable comparing data fromdifferent sources to draw conclusions and establishes effectiveapproaches for choosing a course of action or developingappropriate solutions

Detailed operational IS skills,such as MS Office, SAP, statistical packages (e.g. Significantexposure to Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) and Kaizen principles

German and English fluently - verbal and writing
