Technical Product Manager - Film Heater (f / m / d)

Your mission

Product Development and Specification Management

Define and manage technical specifications and performance requirements for Holyvolt's film heater products.

Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to guide the development of thin- and thick-film heaters from concept to production, ensuring technical accuracy and market suitability.

Conduct rigorous product testing and validation, identifying areas for optimization in product design and material selection.

Establish and maintain product standards, specifications, and technical documentation, including design records, certifications, and compliance reports.

Market and Application Research

Conduct detailed technical research into emerging film heater technologies and applications, with a focus on both residential and industrial markets.

Analyze customer requirements and industry trends to ensure product alignment with market needs and regulatory standards.

Support the product roadmap with data-driven insights and ensure alignment with Holyvolt’s business and technology strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Technical Support

Act as a technical liaison, working with engineering, R&D, and production teams to ensure successful project completion and adherence to quality standards.

Provide technical product information to commercial teams to support product positioning and messaging.

Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting, and offering post-sales support.

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering.

5+ years in technical product management, ideally in heating technologies or thermal management products, with a proven track record in technical specification management.

Strong understanding of film heater technologies, thin- and thick-film materials, production processes, and application engineering.

Skilled in CAD, technical documentation, and testing protocols for product validation and quality control.

Ability to interpret technical data and make data-driven decisions for product design and improvements.

Adept at troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Fluent in English, with Swedish or German as a plus; strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
