Summary :

The Construction Manager (Turnkey Construction) plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of comprehensive construction projects across North RhineWestphalia (NRW) Germany. This position requires end-to-end oversight of turnkey projectsfrom initial planning and design coordination to final handoverensuring strict adherence to quality safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams manage subcontractors maintain project timelines and budgets and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. With a strong command of German construction regulations and standards this role is essential to achieving on-time on-budget and compliant project completions in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities :

• Lead full lifecycle management of turnkey construction projects from concept to handover
• Coordinate and supervise multiple trades and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow and integration.
• Develop and monitor project schedules budgets and resource allocations to meet delivery targets
• Ensure compliance with DIN ISO and other relevant German construction standards and regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality safety and environmental standards
• Manage client communications and reporting ensuring transparency and alignment with expectations
• Resolve project issues promptly including technical challenges delays and change requests
• Maintain accurate documentation progress reports and handover packages

Required Skills :

No formal qualification required; trade training or site safety certificates advantageous. 3 years of experience in construction manufacturing or site labouring preferred. Physically fit and capable of handling manual labour tasks. English Certificate (PTE / IELTS) is mandatory.
