Your Role

As a Strategic Power Manager (m / f / d) you will be responsible for the strategic planning and sourcing of grid connections across the DACH region working with grid operators and utility providers. You will collaborate with the DACH subregional management to align power demand with supply. Ensuring compliance with all grid and powerrelated activities is a key aspect of the role.

You will be consulted during the construction of grid connectivity components (such as substations and cabling) and will oversee the smooth transition from construction to operations. During operations you will serve as the business relationship manager with grid operators and utility providers and act as an interface with relevant authorities.

Your Profile

  • Experience in the energy sector data centers or other energyintensive industries with a focus on planning securing and delivering energy supply
  • Expertise in engineering grid infrastructure and understanding general construction processes
  • Proven experience in relationship management with public authorities and ideally grid suppliers
  • Proficient in gathering requirements and preparing business cases
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Experienced in delivering infrastructure projects managing deliverables teams risks budgets and timelines
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic international environment
  • Fluent in German and English
