Provide technical expertise to customers for advancing European Fuel Cell system business
- Discover / promote European fuel cell demonstration project
- Response to local events and associations to promote hydrogen / fuel cell system brands
- Review of technical and business feasibility of applying HMC fuel cell system (analysis of package, control, required output, expected life, operation voltage, etc.) to customer applications
- Defining and summarizing engineering R&R between HMC and partners
- Receiving and responding to inquiries and requests from partner companies (inquiry / delivery to HQ if necessary)
- Research and certification response to necessary laws and regulations for each major application
- Customer technical support (system installation, commissioning support, maintenance and quality response)
- Monitoring of major customer applications and analyzing data such as fuel cell system durability and driving pattern
Customer claims and A / S response
Receiving and processing customer claims after sales of fuel cell systemAnalysis of problems and root causes through data analysis and remote as well as on-site technical supportSecure and maintain emergency parts in advance for urgent needsMaintenance training (regular training / on-site training for new customers)HTWO Europe Office operation

Participation in the cooperation and funding projects on European scale, e.g. in European Fuel cell System Standardization Consortium (StaSHH) and represent Hyundai Motor Company in working groups of industry associations such as Hydrogen EuropeSupport for HMC fuel cell system / vehicle certification and local conformity assessmentAbout you :
University Degree (Engineering degree or comparable qualification)Minimum 5 years of experience in related position or specialization in fuel cell and / or Hydrogen system development and evaluationAlternatively 5+ years of automotive R&D experience, ideally in electric powertrain development and / or integrationFluency in English; any other language is an advantageRewards and Benefits :
