In this role, you'll take ownership of our on-site and offline advertising spaces, manage exciting brand collaborations, and drive commercial growth through strategic partnerships.   • Commercialize advertising spaces across flaconi's digital shop (e.g. banners, brand pages) and physical channels (e.g. package inserts), driving new revenue opportunities.
  • Identify and acquire new brand and media partners through strategic outreach and strong relationship-building.
  • Build and maintain long-term, value-driven partnerships with a focus on mutual success.
  • Lead partner campaigns end-to-end - from ideation and coordination to go-live and follow-up.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring clear briefings, stakeholder alignment, and timely execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and create actionable reports to inform future strategies.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities, bringing in new advertising formats and ideas.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our advertising portfolio and maintain up-to-date pitch materials and media kits.
  • Professional experience in sales, partnerships, media sales, or business development - ideally within e-commerce, media, or agency environments.
  • A proactive mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to win over partners with clarity and confidence.
  • Proven project management skills with a structured approach to timelines, processes, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude, high personal initiative, and a sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Genuine interest in e-commerce, digital business models, and brand communications.
  • Skilled at building trust-based relationships and delivering compelling partner pitches.
  • Fluent in German with strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
