What Youll Do

As a Finance Intern youll bring fresh perspectives to a rapidly changing world. Were looking for problem solvers who can innovate and collaborate to revolutionise payments. Heres what you could experience :

Work with our Deal team participating in negotiations with some of the worlds biggest banks

Join our Pricing team to help price products and services and understand strategic pricing levers

Collaborate with our Treasury team to analyze key drivers behind our balance sheet and cash flow and help build stress testing scenarios

Interpret financial data to identify future business potential working closely with senior leaders in Sales Strategy or Marketing

Improve Visas financial performance by analyzing results and variances identifying trends and recommending actions

Ensure financial data accuracy integrity and consistency in specialized teams like Controllership or Tax

Qualifications :

A current university student  graduating in 2027 pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in any subject (ideally Finance Economics Management or STEM)

Full permanent right to work in Germany. Visa will not provide sponsorship for this role.

Fluency / professional level language skills in English and German.

Proactive with experience as a self-starter and a willingness to learn

Passionate about technology and the payments industry

Confident using MS Office tools (Outlook Excel PowerPoint Word)

Curious about what AI can bring to finance

Familiarity with SQL Python or R is a plus but not required

An effective communicator able to work with senior stakeholders
