Electric Power Technical Representative (m / w / d)

Einsatzort : Mannheim / Larne

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns :

  • Betreuung und Entwicklung unserer internationalen Caterpillar-Dealer und MWM Servicepartner
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für alle Electric Power Product Support Anfragen
  • Technischer Support für Diesel und Gas
  • Entwicklung der technischen Fähigkeiten unserer Partner
  • Analyse und Entwicklung ihrer Service-Sales-Performance
  • Erstellung von projektspezifischen Serviceangeboten
  • Unterstützung bei der Kalkulation von Wartungsverträgen
  • Management von strategischen Preisen und Programmen
  • Identifizieren und analysieren von Produktproblemen und aktive Unterstützung der CPI- (Continuous Product Improvement) und NPI-Prozesse (New Product Introduction)

Damit können Sie uns überzeugen :

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurswissenschaften
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Selbstständiges und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Kundenorientierung und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Branchenkenntnis und kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse (mind. Niveau B2), weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen

    Electric Power Technical Representative (m / f / d)

    Location : Mannheim / Larne

    Activity :

  • Support and development of our international Caterpillar dealers and MWM service partners
  • Primary contact person for Electric Power Product Support
  • Technical support of Diesel and Gas gensets
  • Development of the technical skills of the partners
  • Identify and analyze product issues and participate in the CPI (Continuous Product Improvement) and NPI (New Product Introduction) process

    • Requirements :

  • Successfully completed engineering studies
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Very good communication skills in an international environment
  • Ability to work independently and result-oriented
  • Customer orientation and negotiation skills
  • Industry knowledge and commercial understanding
  • Fluent in English (at least level B2), other foreign language is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally
