Description and Requirements

Are you ready to lead a team ensuring the seamless operation of a dynamic office space? We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of building management. You will lead a team to maintain critical systems, coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, and ensure our workspace remains clean, safe, and efficient for everyone.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Manage and guide a team of maintenance staff, cleaning personnel, and contractors to deliver excellence in facility management.
• Point of Contact : Act as the main liaison for internal departments and external service providers to address facility-related needs and ensure smooth communication.
• Facility Operations : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all building systems are fully functional, reliable, and well-maintained.
• Maintenance Coordination : Develop and implement schedules for preventive maintenance, handle emergency repairs, and manage unplanned maintenance tasks.
• Cleanliness & Organization : Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• General Administration : Manage and develop processes for general administrative functions such as reception desk, mail and courier services, inventory of fixed assets, travel desk, stationery, car fleet, and stock management.
• Budget & Compliance : Manage budgets for maintenance activities, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Vendor Management : Coordinate with external contractors for repairs, upgrades, and specialized services.
