The company is seeking a skilled Head of Finance to lead its finance department and manage key financial processes, ensuring compliance with German financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise the finance department, including payroll manager, accounts payable manager, accounts receivable manager, and accountant, as well as coordinate with an outsourced accounting firm.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, ensure accurate billing, and oversee payment processes.
- Organize and prepare for financial audits, respond to correspondence related to financial matters.
- Monitor and analyze the company’s financial performance, including break-even points and material assets.
- Prepare and review monthly and annual balance sheets, organize management accounting, and develop the company's accounting policies in line with legislation.
- Provide senior management with timely and accurate financial information and reports.
- Conduct economic analysis of the company's activities to identify internal reserves and optimize costs.
- Manage the company’s budgeting process, ensuring effective use of financial resources.
- Handle interactions with banks regarding the placement of free financial assets on deposits.
- Ensure proper storage of financial documents and records.
- Lead, organize, and control the work of the finance department and oversee related structural units.
