TASKS WITH IMPACT

Privacy is your passion, and you take #privacybeautiful to the next level.
You advise all departments of the German DOUGLAS companies and the DOUGLAS Group on data protection matters, particularly focusing on employee data protection.
You ensure data protection compliance during the implementation of IT systems and support local and international projects in areas like eCommerce, omnichannel, or sales.
Preparing and maintaining data protection documentation, policies, and processes as well as reviewing data protection contracts is part of your responsibility.
You support audits by authorities, prepare risk reports, and provide decision-making guidance for management levels.

YOUR SKILLS

You hold a degree in law, business law, or a comparable field.

You bring several years of professional experience in data protection – ideally in employee data protection – gained in a corporate, consulting, legal, or comparable environment.

A solid understanding of IT-related topics is one of your strengths.

You are certified as a data protection officer, and certifications as a data protection manager and / or auditor are a plus.

With your team spirit, collaborative working style, and strong communication skills in German and English, you thrive in international environments.

You demonstrate a high degree of initiative, independence, and decision-making ability, coupled with excellent planning and organizational skills.
