Role Introduction

As a Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead , you will coordinating and delivering technical initiatives for our Payment Gateway . Your focus will include the planning, implementation, and operational readiness of card-present and card-not-present payment solutions across merchant, acquirer, and processor channels.

In this role, you will guide Agile delivery teams throughout the complete delivery lifecycle-from discovery and requirements shaping through development, testing, certification, deployment, and post-release validation. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Compliance, and Operational teams to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment and predictable execution.

You will leverage Jira , Confluence , and AI-assisted delivery and documentation tools to drive transparency, improve speed and quality of artefact creation, and maintain structured and consistent delivery governance.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Payment Gateway projects supporting both card-present and card-not-present transaction flows.
• Own delivery planning, timeline creation, scope alignment, and cross-team dependency coordination.
• Ensure delivery transparency through reporting dashboards, structured communication, and high-quality documentation.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage backlog readiness, support story shaping, and align technical dependencies.
• Coordinate engineering, QA, DevOps, and operational readiness activities to ensure high-quality releases.
• Oversee integration readiness with external partners, networks, and internal platform components.
• Drive alignment during certification, performance validation, release planning, and incident assessment cycles.
• Manage escalations and lead structured decision-making with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance Payment Gateway delivery documentation, leveraging AI-assisted tools to generate, refine, and standardize artefacts.
