Scientist, Computational Lipid Chemistry (all genders) (full-time / part-time)

Targeted mRNA delivery has the potential to revolutionize patient care through digital innovation. An M-Ventures funded biotech start-up is poised to seize opportunities at the intersection of Healthcare and Life Science. With the agility of a startup and the resources of a leading multinational, our targeted mRNA delivery team is transforming mRNA therapy development. As an initial member of the digital team, you'll create a platform for therapeutic mRNA delivery using AI, cheminformatics, and bioinformatics. Focus on lipid structures to accelerate mRNA therapeutics, collaborating with chemists, biologists, data scientists, and software engineers globally. This position requires minimal travel of less than 10% Who You Are : Masters degree in a Science or Computational field (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cheminformatics, Bioinformatics, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science) - PhD preferred.3+ years of experience with computational chemistry techniques related to lipids or similar chemistries, experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Life Science industry preferred.Proficient in cheminformatics and MD programming tools (Python, RDKit, Gromacs, NAMD, VMD, etc.). Familiarity with Palantir Foundry or AWS platforms preferred.Experience in multi-disciplinary and cross-cultural teams.Excellent communication skills.
