Salary : Highly Competitive Salary Offered

Hours : 36.5 hours per week

Location : Wetzlar Germany (This role is based onsite)

Our client is an international company with over 30 years of expertise as a leading manufacturer of GNSS inertial and indoor positioning systems. Their innovative technology is utilised by vehicle and tyre manufacturers worldwide to test and validate vehicle performance and safety. They are committed to excellence and are looking for a dedicated and detailoriented Office Administrator to join their team in Wetzlar.

The Role

The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in providing administrative support across all departments with a key focus on managing customer orders and supplier invoices. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the office and contribute to the efficiency of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email providing prompt and professional service.
  • Managing customer orders from receipt to despatch and ensuring payment collection.
  • Verifying and processing supplier invoices matching them with delivery notes.
  • Accurately importing and updating customer information in the UNITY computer system.
  • Performing data entry scanning and archiving documents to maintain organised records.

Ideal Candidate :

  • A conscientious wellorganised and efficient work ethic.
  • Experience in accounting and strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • An exceptional eye for detail and a keen sense of organisation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good command of English to a high standard given the companys international operations.
