The Senior Manager Systems Engineer (m / f / d) forBeckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible to further enhance thedevelopment of our Clinical Laboratory Automation Systems and willlead our engineering team.

This position is partof the R&D department located in Munich and will be on-site. AtBeckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimaginehealthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In thisrole, you will have the opportunityto :

Oversee design,development and maintenance of complex systems ensuring they meetcustomer needs and industrystandards.

Lead, mentor andmanage a team of systems engineers to achieve business goals anddeliver high qualityproducts.

Stay up to datewith industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovationand continuousimprovement.

Develop andmaintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients,vendors, and internal teams such as product management, SW / HWdevelopment and operations to ensure seamless integration anddelivery of systems.

Managethe entire systems engineering lifecycle, from concept developmentto post-implementationsupport.

Develop andimplement engineering processes and standard to improve efficiencyandquality.

Theessential requirements of the jobinclude :

MScor PhD in Engineering / Science

10+ years’experience in development of mechatronicssystems

Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability toeffectively present complex information to technical andnon-technicalstakeholders

Experience inregulated environment, preferably diagnostic medicaldevices

Ability to influenceleaders and createfellowship

Ability to leadand collaborate with others to achieve businessgoals

Possesses stronganalytical, problem-solving, and interpersonalskills

Professionalcertifications such asINCOSE
