Head of Finance (m/f/d)
Area of responsibility
- Preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with national and international accounting standards
- Responsibility for internal and external reporting
- Monitoring financial accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Responsibility for cash management and liquidity planning
- Project controlling, pre- and post-calculations and BI reporting
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts and special business evaluations
- Management, motivation and development of the finance team
- Optimization and further development of business processes within the company
- Contact person for auditors, tax consultants, banks and insurance companies
Requirements
- Commercial training with further training as an accountant (m / f / d) and / or a degree in business administration
- Several years of experience in a comparable area of responsibility, ideally in an international production / industrial environment
- Very good knowledge of preparing annual financial statements as well as financial and controlling reporting
- Independent, systematic and analytical way of working
- Team player and ability to lead and motivate employees
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Good ERP and MS Office skills
- Business fluent in English and German
