Area of responsibility

Preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with national and international accounting standards
Responsibility for internal and external reporting
Monitoring financial accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Responsibility for cash management and liquidity planning
Project controlling, pre- and post-calculations and BI reporting
Preparation of budgets, forecasts and special business evaluations
Management, motivation and development of the finance team
Optimization and further development of business processes within the company
Contact person for auditors, tax consultants, banks and insurance companies

Requirements

Commercial training with further training as an accountant (m / f / d) and / or a degree in business administration

Several years of experience in a comparable area of responsibility, ideally in an international production / industrial environment

Very good knowledge of preparing annual financial statements as well as financial and controlling reporting

Independent, systematic and analytical way of working

Team player and ability to lead and motivate employees

High level of commitment and flexibility

Good ERP and MS Office skills

Business fluent in English and German
