As one of the leading international chemical companies ShinEtsu employs about 26000 employees worldwide and realized net sales of about 25 billion EUR in FY 2023 / 2024. We are one of the worldwide leaders with regard to the production of Methylcellulose Hypromellose and Hydroxyethylcellulose. In Wiesbaden (Germany) around 560 employees work in research and development production sales and administration.

In order to support our sales team in Wiesbaden we are seeking for a

Sales Manager Pharma (m / f / d)

The scope of responsibily :

Management of international Pharma accounts including key accounts

Responsible for budget fulfillment and to routinely collect customer forecast

Business development in the EMEA region

Project Management

Coordination of market surveys and collection of market intelligence

Distributor Management

Negotiation of global quality and supply agreements

Take part in further development of the product portfolio and sales strategy

Coordination and participation of tradeshows and exhibitions

Routine exchange with departments such as production R&D and QA

Your education and experience :

A degree in business administration or equivalent

Knowledge of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries is an advantage

Willingness to travel internationally (about 30

First work experience in a sales and marketing position is preferable

Fluent English business language is mandatory additional languages would be preferred such as French German Spanish etc
