This is your job
Lead the Governance, Risk & Compliance department with the aim to consult / support the legal officers and managers of TecAlliance to ensure compliance with the organization’s constitutional and regulatory requirements.
In addition, you will also lead the team and foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
This includes the following tasks and responsibilities
- Establish and implement the GRC organization, ensuring effective structure and processes.
- Develop, implement and ensure compliance with GRC policies and coordinate global GRC training initiatives, including e-learning and consulting services for employees, executives and level managers
- Establish GRC internal management reporting; ensure timely external reporting based on legal requirements as for CSRD, Supply Chain Act
- Streamline external service providers and compliance auditors, support external authorities if needed
- Handle incoming hints, communicate with whistleblowers, and provide recommendations on necessary actions to proceed
- Assist in and execute ad hoc audits globally, ensuring readiness and compliance
- Lead and manage the GRC team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Oversee contract management for legal support, particularly for intra-company and legal entity contracts
What you bring along
- Bachelor or master degree in a field related to business administration or law
- 5+ years of working experience in a governance, internal audit, risk management, legal or organizational developmental context
- Experience in budget planning and cost controlling
- Interdisciplinary thinking, responsible working style, goal-orientation and independent way of working
- Demonstrated competence in managing stakeholders, making informed decisions, and applying strong analytical skills
- Ability to think entrepreneurially, take responsibility, communicate openly, and manage conflicts effectively
- Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and in written

Our fixed base salary is paid within 12 salaries, and as an extra, you have a 3% variable based on company performance.

Hybrid Remote or remote : Depending on your place of living this role offers a full or hybrid remote contract.
