Conexus is currently partnered with a global Consultancy, that are rapidly expanding their SAP practice across Germany. On that basis, we are searching for talented SAP Finance Consultants to join them on a permanent basis.

As a SAP S / 4HANA Senior Finance Managing Consultant, you’ll lead high-impact projects, combining consultative expertise, business acumen, and technical skills to implement and optimize SAP S / 4HANA Finance solutions.

Key responsibilities include :

Advising clients on strategies, business processes, requirements analysis, solution design, and IT implementation, with a focus on SAP S / 4HANA Finance and / or Controlling.
Utilizing proven methodologies, such as Rapid Discovery, Greenfield with IMPACT, and Brownfield Migration Factory, to execute transformation projects efficiently.
Implementing business requirements using innovative technologies, including the SAP Business Technology Platform, with training provided to enhance your expertise.
Leading discussions on SAP S / 4HANA adoption, showcasing its benefits, and supporting clients through implementations and migrations.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

At least 8 years of experience in implementing or migrating SAP S / 4HANA Finance solutions.

Proven track record in Finance, with at least three full lifecycle implementations completed, from project preparation to go-live.

Knowledge of integration and interfaces with other SAP S / 4HANA modules is an advantage.

Fluency in English & German, both written and spoken.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Willingness to work on-site with clients as needed.

Hands-on experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile.
